From the southwest and NY area, from Interstate 87

Take I87 North to exit #7 (or I-787 exit #23) towards Troy, NY, follow NY Route 7 East to the Vermont border, where you will keep to the left on Route 279 (Bennington by-pass). Follow the signs for Rutland and US Route 7 North, remaining on Route 7 16 miles past Manchester to White Rocks Inn Bed & Breakfast on your left.

From CT or Central MA, traveling north on Interstate 91
Take exit #6, Route 103 North through Chester and Ludlow. Continue on Route 103 about 10 miles past Ludlow and turn left on Route 140 to East Wallingford. Take Route 140 to Wallingford. Turn left on Route 7 south and proceed about 2 miles to White Rocks Inn on your right.

From the east and southeast, traveling north on Interstate 89
Take Vermont exit #1 Route 4 West through Woodstock to Rutland. Turn South onto VT Route 7 and proceed approximately 10 miles to the traffic light in Wallingford and continue to travel south on Route 7. White Rocks Inn B&B is about 2 miles south of Wallingford village on your right.
